Shipping policy
Shipping time:
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your order.
The delivery time for orders ranges between 2–7 business days from order confirmation; however, it may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.
Shipping time may vary depending on product availability and the shipping destination.
Deliveries are made only on business days, so during local public holidays shipping may take slightly longer than usual. Likewise, during promotional periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, delivery times may also be longer.
Shipping times may be affected by occasional transport incidents or high demand during special periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.
Spain and Portugal:
Delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland Spain: shipping will take 3 to 7 days.
- Portugal and Balearic Islands: shipping will take 3 to 7 days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–7 days (customs processing time not included)
Rest of the world:
- Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland: home delivery within 3–7 days from dispatch from our warehouse.
- Rest of the world: International Postal Package. Home delivery approx. 7 days from dispatch from our warehouse. Shipments may be subject to customs procedures, which may involve additional costs for the recipient and delivery delays.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the package. They will be calculated and displayed on the order summary page before the Customer confirms and pays.
Free shipping for orders over €50.00 for purchases within mainland Spain.
PRE-ORDER
Have you purchased a pre-order item from our website? We will deliver it to you as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. Pre-order items ensure that your order will be the first to be processed in our warehouse and shipped in order of placement, without necessarily complying with the timeframes established in our “Shipping Conditions”.
Store pickup
If you choose this shipping method, once your order is processed we will send you an email, and after 24 hours you will be able to pick it up at the RC Celta Official Store at Abanca Balaídos.
*We are not obliged to supply the product(s) at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent an Order Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized as an incorrect price.
