This Legal Notice and Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) govern access to and use of the website accessible through the domain names www.rccelta.es and its subdomains (hereinafter, the “Website”).

Simply accessing the Website grants the status of User of the Website (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies acceptance of all terms included in this Legal Notice. If you do not agree with this Legal Notice, you must immediately leave the Website without using it.

2. TERMS OF USE

2.1. Access to the Website

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the telecommunications network connection provided by the User’s internet service provider.

2.2. Website usage rules

The User agrees to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order and this Legal Notice. Likewise, the User agrees to make appropriate use of the Website’s services and/or content and not to use them to carry out unlawful activities or activities constituting a criminal offence, or that infringe the rights of third parties and/or intellectual or industrial property regulations, or any other applicable legal provisions.

The User agrees not to transmit, introduce, disseminate or make available to third parties any material or information (data, content, messages, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, software, etc.) that is contrary to the law, morality, public order or this Legal Notice.

The User agrees to hold RC CELTA harmless against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that it may be required to bear as a result of the User’s breach of any of the above usage rules, reserving, in addition, the right to claim compensation for damages.

2.3. Liability

RC CELTA does not guarantee that this Website is up to date, nor that the information published is accurate or complete. Therefore, the User must confirm that the information is accurate and complete before making any decision related to any service or content described on the Website, consulting RC CELTA in case of doubt.

RC CELTA uses reasonable means to prevent viruses, worms or any other harmful computer elements on the Website, but the User is responsible for having appropriate tools for detection and disinfection of harmful software.

If the User considers that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify RC CELTA.

RC CELTA does not know the content and services of Linked Sites and is therefore not responsible for damages arising from their unlawfulness, quality, lack of updates, unavailability or errors.

All Website content, including but not limited to texts, trademarks, trade names, images, graphics, icons, technology, software, links and audiovisual content, as well as its design and source code, is the intellectual and industrial property of RC CELTA or duly authorized third parties, and no exploitation rights are transferred to the User.

3. NULLITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS OF CLAUSES

If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared wholly or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall only affect that provision, the remainder of the Legal Notice remaining in full force and effect.

RC CELTA is committed to ensuring the confidentiality, privacy and security of Users’ personal data and not collecting information that is not necessary for the intended purposes.

To provide personal data through our Website, the User must be at least 14 years old and expressly accept our Privacy Policy.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
