6. Confirm your order and you will receive an email with the purchase confirmation.

The Rio1923 project has its own online store, enter now at rio1923.gal. If you want to combine products from both stores, you will have to place two separate orders.

It is not necessary to have an account on tenda.celta.gal to make a purchase on our website. However, we recommend creating a user account to ensure better after-sales service, especially if you have the Celtista card.

Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a purchase confirmation in your email. We will also send every status update of your order so you can know how it's progressing.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

Of course, you will have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

No. Screen-printed or customised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Yes. You can make your purchase as a guest, although we recommend creating an account to ensure the best possible after-sales service.

4. Once you receive the email, click on "Reset your password".
5. Enter your new password and save it.
6. Your password will be updated and you will be able to access your account with it.

🎟️ Promotions, coupons, and offers

Follow these steps:
1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart.
2. Click on "Proceed to checkout".
3. On the payment screen, locate the field called "Discount code", "Coupon", or "Discount code".
4. Enter your promotional code exactly as it appears.
5. Click on "Apply".
6. The discount will be automatically reflected in the order total if the coupon is valid.

Important: the code must be typed without additional spaces and respecting uppercase/lowercase if applicable.

Yes. Discount coupons may have an expiration date defined by the store. Once that date has passed, the code will automatically stop working. In addition, coupons may also have usage limits or specific purchase conditions. In any case, these must be reflected in their terms and conditions.

This will depend on whether the promotions are compatible with each other. Usually, coupons cannot be combined. Only in some cases may it be possible to use more than one discount coupon on the same order. If so, it will be specified in the conditions.

No. Promotions and discount codes are not applicable to products that are already discounted or on sale, unless expressly stated otherwise.
