Returns

You may return any item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided it is in the same condition in which it was sent. To do so, you must send the products and the RCCelta purchase delivery note to the following address:

"RC Celta Official Store - Abanca Balaídos Stadium - 36210 Vigo / Pontevedra / Spain"

All return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using registered mail to ensure proper receipt of the shipment. Once the goods have been received and their condition verified, we will refund the corresponding amount to the card used for the purchase.

Returns of personalized products will only be accepted if the personalization is incorrect upon receipt of the order, or if the product has any defect. 

Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt, it cannot be changed nor can a refund be requested, unless the product has a defect. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number while still playing for the club.

 

QUALITY POLICY

Your purchase is protected by Spanish sales law, which includes regulations on defective goods. This means you may be entitled to a refund if your claim is justified and the defect is not the result of improper use of the product or any other damaging behavior. In line with RC Celta’s quality policies, any product the customer considers defective must be submitted for evaluation and, if applicable, will be replaced with a new one. 

If your product was purchased in a physical store, you must visit one of our stores so we can assist you. If the product was purchased in our online store (shop.rccelta.es) and you do not have one of our stores nearby, you must submit a claim after discovering the defect. We recommend submitting your claim as soon as possible. You can do so by contacting our team at ecommerce@celta.gal. When submitting a claim, include as much information as possible about the issue, attach a photo of the item, and indicate the order number.

Remember that products must be sent in appropriate packaging and that you must obtain proof of shipment as evidence that you have returned the items. Once the product has been reviewed and accepted for return, if stock is available and it was purchased in a physical store, you may choose between a voucher for the amount to be used in our stores or, alternatively, a refund will be issued. If the product is out of stock or the purchase was made online, a refund will be issued directly. 

No refunds will be issued for items that:

  • Have not been purchased from an Official RC Celta Store
  • Have suffered damage due to negligent activity 
  • Have been damaged due to careless use
  • Have damage due to natural wear and tear and have exceeded their economic useful life
